Terms and Conditions – Bank Feeds

Sybiz Software Pty Ltd (Sybiz) is providing a Bank Feed service (The Service) that utilizes the Yodlee service from Envestnet (Yodlee) to feed bank transaction information from your bank(s) into Sybiz Vision. The use of The Service is subject to the following terms and conditions each and every time you use The Service.

1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis at your sole risk and is not guaranteed by Sybiz or Yodlee to be always available, on time, secure or without error.
2. To connect and maintain a connection to your bank accounts to The Service you will need to provide banking login credentials that will be stored by Yodlee to provide The Service. Sybiz does not store and cannot access these details. When your banking login credentials change you will need to reconfigure your bank accounts in Sybiz Vision.
3. The Service is available for you to utilize on a fair use basis. Excessive use may result in additional charges for the service if it continues after you are made aware of excessive use.
4. The Service helps to automate aspects of banking and transaction entry and careless use of the automation by you may lead to undesired outcomes such as transaction duplication and data corruption. Sybiz and Yodlee expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind as to The Service.
