STP compliance in Sybiz Visipay
Sybiz has always been committed to making sure our customers are ready for the latest in payroll compliance. Working closely with the Australian Tax Office, Australian Business Software Industry Association and our customers, we delivered STP compliance from the initial 1 July 2018 start date.
During the first two months of STP reporting our Sybiz Visipay customers enjoyed a 99.8% success rate with submissions — most likely the best in the market.
All Australian employers are required to report through Single Touch Payroll from 1 July 2019, unless a deferral has been granted. As many discovered, upgrading your solution as early as possible puts you in the best position to ready your business.
STP Phase 2 came to Australia from 1 January 2022. We've outlined a list of what has changed in STP2 on our FAQs page and we've created new FAQs dedicated solely to STP2.
