Sybiz is pleased to release Version 26.10 of our innovative ERP and HCM software solutions. In this release we’ve focused on changes related to Payday Super, helping our customers make a smooth transition to the new scheme.

Sybiz Visipay 26.10 will be the minimum version required for accurate Payday Super calculation and reporting, which goes into effect in Australia on 1 July 2026. The version adds Qualifying Earnings to the superannuation group in the STP2 Reconciliation report, changes the maximum super contribution base from quarterly to annually, and allows companies to designate a default superannuation fund for new employees. We’ve also added a Pay Run tab, grouping together common payroll processes into one convenient location for more streamlined processing.

Sybiz Vision users will find more updates to Reports for better screen readability and export functionality, more user information fields that can be utilised in reports, transaction documents and emails, and greater flexibility and depth to Service postings.

Sybiz 26.10 is available as a web update today. We recommend consulting with your Authorised Sybiz Business Partner before performing any upgrades to ensure compatibility with any additional integrations or customisations.

*Please note: Vision Service mobile app users should refrain from updating to 26.10 until the mobile app is updated later in the week.

Have any last-minute concerns about Payday Super? Sybiz will host a free webinar on Friday 22 May 2026 at 10:30 a.m. ACST (Adelaide Time) on Payday Super and the new updates in Sybiz Visipay 26.10. We’ll cover the latest changes to the software, including UI changes that will flip over on 1 July, as well as changes to STP reporting. Register today to join the live session and receive a copy of the recording after the session.
