2025/26 STSL, tax scales available now

Update: New STSL rates for 2025/26 apply from 24 September 2025.
Sybiz has published tax scale rates for the 2025/26 financial year. No action is needed from Sybiz Visipay users — the new rates will be automatically downloaded ahead of 1 July. This year, only the Study and Training Support Loans (STSL, also known as HECS, HELP and SFSS) rates are changing in the new financial year; tax rates will remain the same as in FY2024/25.

Once you roll into the new financial year, Sybiz Visipay will prompt you to apply the tax scales for the 2025/26 financial year.

At any time, you can hover the cursor over the Tax Scale Status option in the top right of Sybiz Visipay. This displays the current tax scale and any tax scales that have been downloaded but not yet applied, typically for the upcoming financial year.
