Open items from dashboard

The standard dashboards now support opening the enquiry screen or transaction from the relevant grids, making it easier to drill down into results on multiple queries. These features can also be extended to custom dashboards.

Keep your database tidy by removing old content

Archived customer statements can be removed from the system by using Cleanse Statements in the Debtors module.

New Stock Journal transaction

A new Stock Journal transaction now allows for financial modification of stock that you currently have on hand. Examples include revaluing existing stock or adding landed costs after delivery.

Easier setup for posting systems

The posting system has been made easier to set up consistently with the requirement to pick a posting system per database, either periodic or accrual. The option selected will change the options presented and which accounts are mandatory when setting up product group, product location, job group, job cost centre, job stages and service group posting accounts.

More control over suggested purchase orders

A temporary adjustment to the days to deliver in suggested purchase orders can now be made.

Visualise sales price changes over time

Get a quick overview with a new chart available from the product enquiry screen showing changes to a product’s sales price over time. 

Better estimations of cost in negative stock situations

Sybiz Vision now takes into account more factors, such as special price and previous applications of landed costs, when calculating an estimated cost in situations where stock totals move into the negative.

More database encryption options

Support has been added for encryption and trust server certificate connection string settings available to the SQL server.


Mobile enhancements

Service app enhancements

More functionality has been added to the Service app: alternate contact numbers in details area in addition to the main phone number, a fresh new layout enhances the visibility of service item notes, and purchase orders can now be processed within the Service mobile app.

Purchase app enhancements

The purchase app can now approve purchase requisitions featuring all line types.

Jobs app enhancements

The Jobs app can now handle jobs for customers who use a foreign currency.


What's New

Better performance in Sybiz Visipay 25

Significant re-engineering has been undertaken in Version 25.00 to introduce a 64-bit version of Sybiz Visipay. This enables the payroll software to utilise more available memory providing a more robust and quicker performance with large data and complex batch calculations. Users who are already running a modern version of Sybiz Vision can expect a seamless transition to the newest version of Visipay.

Stronger estimation of leave balances

An additional field gives your employees a clearer picture of their estimated leave balances when they have applied for leave on a date far into the future.
